This looks like big sand dunes on the peninsula west of Nome.

To get an idea of the size, look at all the seagulls on top of the left rock. There are some flying around too.

This looks like some interesting rocks.

All the gravel along the shore is natural. It's all gravel and no sand.

Siberia. They said, "There's nothing there."

Inside the gravel is a big freshwater lake.

These bones are from a bowhead whale head, complete with some skin. There are lots of these around the island.

They dig in the "boneyards" for ivory to sell. The eskimos have been dumping leftovers form their hunts here for "10,000 years".
