Karen was born on January 19th, 1944.  Karen's father is Harold Adams and her mother is Clella Mae Lyon.  Her maternal grandparents were Emmett Gatewood Lyon and Elizabeth (Lizzie) Ellen Webster. She has two brothers named William and Kevin.  She is the oldest of the three children.
