Mary E. Ambrose 
Mary was born about 1843 in Ohio.1 Mary's father was John C. Ambrose and her mother was Rosanna A. Yost. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Ambrose and Elizabeth. She had two brothers and a sister, named Lycurgus, John and Martha. She was the oldest of the four children.-
