Nancy Virginia (Nannie) Ambrose 
Nancy, known as Nannie, was born on March 3rd, 1856 in Warren County, Virginia.1 Nannie's father was William Ambrose and her mother was Juliet Ann Lock. Her paternal grandparents were John Bell Ambrose Sr and Elizabeth "Betsy" Crum. She had two brothers and four sisters, named George, Carter, Winifred, Eliza, Martha and Lucinda. She was the youngest of the seven children. She died due to Cerebral Hemorrhage at the age of 71 on September 12th, 1927 in Cedarville, Warren County, Virginia.1 Death Notes
