Sarah Catherine "Kate" Ambrose 
Sarah, known as Kate, was born on August 11th, 1835 in Virginia. Kate's father was John Bell Ambrose Jr and her mother was Julia Ann Green. Her paternal grandparents were John Bell Ambrose Sr and Elizabeth "Betsy" Crum. She had a brother and four sisters, named James, Mary, Edury, Lydia and Caroline. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 82 on March 14th, 1918 in Salt Lake City, Utah.1 General Notes
