James Steven Duncan 
James was born on June 18th, 1957 in Wilmington, Clinton County, Ohio. James' father was Delbert Dale Duncan and his mother is Mary Alice Foreman. His paternal grandparents were George Otis Duncan and Rose Hannah Judy. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Gordon, George, Jeffery, Kathy and Sheryl.
