George Herndon

George was born on March 28th, 1820. George's father was Caddis Oliver Herndon and his mother was Elizabeth Berthy. His paternal grandparents were William Herndon and Mary Bohannon. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Benjamin, William, Minerva, Elizabeth, Judith, Polly and Margaret. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 15 on January 8th, 1836.
